Your library card allows you to use all of our services, including public access computers. Library cards are FREE, and you can use it as soon as you get it!
Use your Library Card to:
Library Card Usage Agreement: You are responsible for any materials checked out on your card. Call us immediately if your card is lost (toll free 1-866-779-7761).
Logging In: Your library card comes with a PIN (Personal Identification Number). When you register online, a PIN will be generated and sent to your email (if provided) or mailed out to you with your card.
You can change your PIN at any time by logging into your Account. If you need assistance or forget your PIN, you can drop by your local library, or call 1-866-779-7761. We're happy to help!
Expiry: Your library card expires after 3 years. To renew your card, call toll free 1-866-779-7761 or drop in to your nearest library branch.
Children & Youth: If you are under 14 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian sign your library card application form.
Parents or guardians are responsible for all library materials a child under the age of 14 reads or views, including information on the internet. The Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library Board offers access to the Internet and has an Internet Agreement which states the rules & policies.
